Privacy & contact for Lakeland, FL homeowners
Last updated September 20, 2026. This notice explains how property inquiries and website activity are handled.
Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, phone, email, property address and preferred selling timeframe. We use those details to respond to your request and discuss the property. A request does not create a representation agreement, purchase contract or obligation to sell.
How your inquiry is handled
Submitted inquiries are stored in private hosted storage. FormSubmit may process the form details to send an inquiry notification. Hosting providers process the request so the site can operate. We do not automatically send your inquiry to a list of buyers or subscribe you to a newsletter.
Site measurement and browser storage
We record events such as starting a form, submitting an inquiry and clicking a phone link. A phone click does not confirm a connected call. Campaign labels, the referring website and the page where you started may accompany your inquiry. Short-lived browser storage prevents repeated pop-ups and remembers those campaign labels during your visit. We do not store a raw IP address in the inquiry database. A temporary hashed network identifier limits spam.
Your choices
You can use the calculator and read every guide without submitting contact details. To ask about your information, request deletion, correct a detail or stop follow-up, contact us by email. Inquiry details are kept for responding to the request and related recordkeeping, then deleted when no longer needed.
Information, imagery and independent advice
Guides provide general information, with source links where relevant. They are not legal, tax, investment or valuation advice. Ask your own qualified professional about your situation. The homepage image is an original illustration of a Florida-style home, not a property purchased by this site.
